What's the prices for After School club?

There is one competitive flat fee per session regardless of the amount of sessions taken. Depending on availability, you can choose what sessions suit you.

What deposit do you require?
A deposit of £150 is required per child.
What availability do you have?
Availability varies throughout the year. Please view the home page and twitter feed for latest availability.
My child has allergies. How do I inform you?
Please use the spaces provided on the registration form. If you learn of any new allergies during your children's attendance, please E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest convenience.
What happens if my child is ill?
If your child is ill and cannot attend any session, please call or text (preferred) 07548 964744 for After School club and / or Breakfast club.
Do you charge for inset days and bank holidays?
We do not charge for bank holidays or school inset days.
When am I invoiced?
You are invoiced in advance for the half-term. Please review our terms & conditions for more details.
Is there parking available for pick up / drop off?
The Holbrook Club has ample parking off-road in a dedicated car park.
How safe is the Holbrook Club?
The Holbrook Club provides a very safe and fun environment for all children. It is fenced appropriately and there is a manned reception entrance.
After School club makes use of the Club Plus Studio; a large hall with air conditioning, for snacks, reading, games, art & crafts and more. For more space the sports hall is used for team games. There's a safe playground on site which is a great addition and used whenever the weather is good.
What happens if I am late to pick up my child?
If for some reason you cannot pick up your child/ren by 5.45pm you must contact the club as soon as possible on 07548 964744. You will be charged £10 for late collection and a further £10 for every 15 minutes thereafter. If your child/ren have not been collected after 2 hours, police and social services may be informed. Frequent late collection may result in your child/ren's place being withdrawn.
Are you open in school holidays?
After School Club is closed during school holidays.
What notice period is required?
We require 6 weeks term time written notice before the end of your contract.

Please use the following provider number when applying for the Government Childcare Voucher scheme with your employer: P20161801. This is shown as 'the Holbrook Club'.
